Tools for real sourcing decisions

Supplier negotiations involve more than unit price. ImportToolkit turns these inputs into clear estimates that help users compare scenarios and ask better questions.

The site is built for small importers, Amazon and Shopify sellers, brand founders, wholesale buyers and sourcing agents. It is particularly useful when a business does not yet have a large operations team but still needs a structured way to review an order.

What our calculators do—and do not do

Our tools show the formulas behind each result and run locally in the browser. They are planning aids, not official calculations. Actual costs and commercial requirements depend on suppliers, product specifications, Incoterms, destination rules, customs valuation and service-provider charges.

ImportToolkit is not affiliated with a customs authority or government agency. Its calculators do not replace a customs broker, freight forwarder, lawyer, accountant or tax adviser. Users should verify important figures with qualified professionals before acting.

A growing practical toolkit

We are starting with MOQ and China import cost calculators because these decisions affect cash flow early in the buying process.
